GENERAL
1. EASYRIDER BACKPACKERS cannot be held responsible for any other
aspect of your trip that is not under our direct control.
2. EASYRIDER BACKPACKERS shall not be held liable for any injury,
damages, loss, delay or illness howsoever caused to the passenger
whilst on their tour/service.
3. We thoroughly recommend that all our passengers have their own
travel insurance.
4. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking.
5. The balance due is to be paid prior to departure direct to :
EASYRIDER BACKPACKER TOURS 144 William St, Perth WA 6000, AUSTRALIA
NB. Payment may be made in full to any of our APPROVED backpacker
travel agents.
6. If cancellation occurs, fees are as follows :
All monies (less a 10% admin fee) paid direct to EASYRIDER BACKPACKERS
will be refunded on cancellations made 8 days prior to departure.
75% refund will be given on cancellations made 1-7 days prior to
departure.
50% refund will be given on cancellations made 12-24 hours prior
to departure.
No refund is given on cancellations made within 12 hours of departure.
if cancellation of a tour package occurs & the first leg of
either circuit has been taken, there is no refund given. Should
no departure on any tour be taken, the above cancellation fees apply.
7. Meals & Accommodation are NOT included in ANY of the tour
prices.
8. The 'Book-A-Bed-Ahead' Accommodation booking service is provided
Free to travellers by Easyrider Backpacker Tours and requires payment
of bed night direct to the hostel on arrival.
9. Hostels on the circuit are independently owned & operated.
Easyrider Backpacker Tours will not be held responsible for any
aspect of their operation.
10. Optional tours offered are at the personal expense of the passenger
11. All transport & tours are approved by the Department of
Transport - Western Australia.
12. Our buses used are all AIR-CONDITIONED & either Toyota Commuters
(13 seater) or Toyota Coasters (21 seater) and have a 1,2 or 3 star
rating. Easyrider Backpacker Tours reserve the right to use vehicles
as required in the event of breakdown.
13. Easyrider Backpacker Tours reserves the right to vary a tour
due to breakdown, weather & road conditions as is required.
No refund will be given if a variation is offered.
14. Passes issued by Easyrider Backpacker Tours are only transferrable
on any unused portion of circuit.
JUMP ON JUMP OFF
1. Passes may only be used once for each sector of the circuit.
2. Discounts offered are direct from the individual hostel or tour
operator concerned and EASYRIDER BACKPACKERS cannot be held liable
for any changes they may make to their discounts throughout the
year.
TOURS
1. Any optional tours incorporated into the TOURS are run by other
private tour operators and EASYRIDER BACKPACKERS will not be held
responsible or liable for any aspect of the tours operation.
2. National Park entry fees ARE included in the price of the TOUR.
(One entry only into each Park).
3. Dolphins, Whales, Whale Sharks, Dugongs are all wild creatures
and EASYRIDER BACKPACKERS cannot be held responsible for their shyness
whilst we are visiting!!
